Leadership Team

The Pastoral Team gives oversight and direction toward the fulfillment of the vision and the development of the ministries of Faith Family Church.  Each minister carries out a distinct local role as well as a complimentary role in the oversight and encouragement of the unified vision of building and planting strong, healthy churches.

Shane and Amie Rhodehamel- Shane & Amie have been married eleven years and have three elementary aged children. They have lived and served in Wilmington since returning from Bible School in 1999.  Since January 2006, Shane and Amie have been leading the church in Wilmington and are privileged to be a part of the work that God is building.  In the fall of 2008, Shane and Amie became district directors for Rhema Ministerial Association International and are excited to serve in this capacity for Southern Ohio.  They are both very passionate about helping people to become whole-hearted Christ followers and leading Faith Family Church to become a church of integrity, innovation, and influence.  Click here to visit Pastor Shane’s new Blog.

John and Jannon Fizpatrick- John and Jannon have been serving in different areas of our church since 1996. John is a graduate of Christ for the Nations and Domata School of World Missions. He also finished his bachelors in business from Wilmington College. John and Jannon have a passion to reach people from all different backgrounds and equip them with what they need to be effective for God.

Ryan and Erika Duke- Ryan and Erika joined our team in January of 2008.  Ryan is responsible for leading and developing our growing and changing worship teams.  He and Erika are 2004 graduates of Oral Roberts University and reside in Xenia, OH.  Ryan has  a heart to see people experience and come in contact with God through worship.  If you would like to be involved in exciting worship and want to serve and grow as a part of a dynamic team, just e-mail  Ryan.   If you would like to request a song or give us some feedback, click here for our contact page.

Keith and Dawn Demler have become a part of the backbone of everything that happens here at Faith Family Church.  Keith is retired from a carreer in the Air Force and now works as a civilian at Wright Patt.  Dawn is a stay at home mom and home-schools their three sons.  Keith and Dawn are involved as youth leaders and lead a life group in their home.  Together they direct the Helps and Hospitality ministry and help make Faith Family Church one of the friendliest places on earth.
